InspirASIAN is a 501(c)3 non-profit, educational organization focused on representation of Asian & Pacific Islanders employed by AT&T Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries.

MISSION

InspirASIAN fosters diversity appreciation and inclusion in our workplace and community, as a celebration of Asian & Pacific Islander heritage by increasing cultural awareness and developing inspiring leaders. We deliver meaningful events and innovative programs that inspire individuals to make a difference.

VISION

We envision a workplace and community that is a beacon of diversity, equity, and inclusion, where our Asian and Pacific Islander heritage is recognized, valued and empowered. We strive to reflect our diverse communities in every facet of our organization, championing the unique perspectives and ideas that come from embracing our cultural differences.

PURPOSE

Primarily oriented toward active employees, InspirASIAN exists to:

1. Encourage partnerships and alliances between corporations and non-profit organizations that promote philanthropy for the benefit of the entire community.

2. Create opportunities to develop and enhance the leadership skills of individuals interested in personal advancement, public service and corporate volunteerism.

3. Serve as a valued Employee Resource Group (ERG) for AT&T through active participation and visible support of programs and activities that help to enhance the image and promote closer ties between Asian & Pacific Islanders and Non-Asian & Pacific Islanders at work and in the community.

4. Support charitable purposes providing information and assistance to Asians and Pacific Islanders, economically and educationally disadvantaged communities.

5. Interact positively through community services with an Asian & Pacific Islander emphasis.

6. Educate the public on the rich heritage, diverse cultures and valued traditions of Asian & Pacific Islanders.

7. Support the mutual ideals and values of other AT&T Employee Resource Groups.
